Topometric spaces and perturbations of metric structures

چکیده

We develop the general theory of topometric spaces, i.e., topological spaces equipped with a well-behaved lower semi-continuous metric function. Spaces of global and local types in continuous logic are the motivating examples for the study of such spaces. In particular, we develop a theory of Cantor-Bendixson analysis of topometric spaces, which can serve as a basis for the study of local stability (extending the ad hoc development from [BU]), as well as of global א0-stability. We conclude with a study of perturbation systems (see [Benb]) in the formalism of topometric spaces. In particular, we show how the abstract development applies to א0-stability up to perturbation.

ON INTERRELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN FUZZY METRIC STRUCTURES

Considering the increasing interest in fuzzy theory and possible applications, the concept of fuzzy metric space concept has been introduced by severalauthors from different perspectives. This paper interprets the theory in termsof metrics evaluated on fuzzy numbers and defines a strong Hausdorff topology. We study interrelationships between this theory and other fuzzy theories suchas intuitionis...

Contractive maps in Mustafa-Sims metric spaces

The xed point result in Mustafa-Sims metrical structures obtained by Karapinar and Agarwal[Fixed Point Th. Appl., 2013, 2013:154] is deductible from a corresponding one stated in terms ofanticipative contractions over the associated (standard) metric space.

Lipschitz Functions on Topometric Spaces

We study functions on topometric spaces which are both (metrically) Lipschitz and (topologically) continuous, using them in contexts where, in classical topology, ordinary continuous functions are used. We study the relations of such functions with topometric versions of classical separation axioms, namely, normality and complete regularity, as well as with completions of topometric spaces. We ...

$C$-class and $F(psi,varphi)$-contractions on $M$-metric spaces

Partial metric spaces were introduced by Matthews in 1994 as a part of the study of denotational semantics of data flow networks. In 2014 Asadi and {it et al.} [New Extension of $p$-Metric Spaces with Some fixed point Results on $M$-metric paces, J. Ineq. Appl. 2014 (2014): 18] extend the Partial metric spaces to $M$-metric spaces. In this work, we introduce the class of $F(psi,varphi)$-contrac...

Extended graphs based on KM-fuzzy metric spaces

This paper,  applies the concept  of KM-fuzzy metric spaces and  introduces a novel concept of KM-fuzzy metric  graphs based on KM-fuzzy metric spaces.  This study, investigates the finite KM-fuzzy metric spaces with respect to metrics and KM-fuzzy metrics and constructs KM-fuzzy metric spaces on any given non-empty sets. It tries to  extend   the concept of KM-fuzzy metric spaces to  a larger ...
